order of AP increases stacking

just a quick question, say i have 1000 base str, the formula would be

1000 +MW
(1000+MW) + equips and potential additive (i.e +10 str pot)
and then, all that gets multiplied by %str.

is this correct?

[(Base*MW)+Equips]*Potential

[(Base*MW)+Equips]*Potential
