They are sold from the Silent Crusade Supply Box for 7.5m each (clean). You have to do a series of quests to buy them, though.

It's is kind of weird for me to see an equip only very few people had with better stats than a Zakum Helm when Zakum Helms used to be top of the line.

There's always a chance you can get +0 to everything, thus being a wasted Enhance.

So I take it you guys are risking using hammers and then having the item possibly blow up on the 4th/5th slot? I have 2 Shielding Wards left that I had planned to use on them but I'm un-sure..
