Questions about Monster Park
#1
Is it good experience compared to LHC? If so, do you need to be in a party to get good exp?

So where do people train then? Considering LHC and Ereve lose their "Party Zone" statuses once the Mage update hits.

No, LHC and Future Ereve with the party play bonus is vastly superior to Monster Park. When they take party play zones out, training will not be as fast at all, but Monster Park will be the best option. Get to 200 now.

Forever 19x!
I thought people said MP was "Teh awesumz" a while ago, is it not due to the limitations of the system itself?

The system.. well it sucks.
You can buy 3 tickets daily, for 200k each (120+ ones), 100k each (70-119), 50k each (20-70).
After that you have to hunt 10 ticket pieces from monsters, which is harder than it sounds because that's 10 etc per entry.
Then you have to factor in kMS' "Anti botting system", which states that for every 5 levels you are higher than a mob you get a reduced exp and drop rate. After a mob is about 30 levels lower than you it stops dropping mesos, items, and only drops etc. I'm not sure if this applies to Monster Park tickets, but this can really hinder people.
Considering the speed of Monster Park runs on the high leveled people, it'd take about 5-7 minutes per run, averaging to about 12 tickets used per hour. Not very effective training at all.

I have never bought monster tickets and I'm 175.
The ticket pieces drop so often, it's not even funny. You'd get most of them from doing ToT quests or quests in general.

The anti botting system does not affect the drop rate on etc items.

Yea, however you do have a point for the high leveled people (when I mean that, I mean 170/180+). At 171 I was getting 5%/run that finishes in 8-9 minutes. It's a lot more beneficial to 160-

Doesn't sound that bad if you ask me. 170+ shouldn't be a cake walk anyway. Plus that's more then I get at lhc right now>.> I get about 15% an hour at golems so to me this sounds like better exp.

Figures, it's ALWAYS the "Anti-hack" / "Anti-bot" systems that ruin everything!

Don't you have 3 pets or something?
I don't have a pet in kMS, so I have to manually stop and loot.

One pet, lol.

But considering majority of the people here live in NA/don't get loot lag in GMS, that shouldn't be a major concern.

Anti-botting..haha
InB4BottersStartBottingHereWithThisInTheWay.

Nexon should just ramp up GM services instead of these silly anti-bot services and insta-ban all botters.

If GMS got that anti-botting system then botters (or more likely hackers since that's the major problem in GMS) would just add a "time to die" line in their bot (or hack) to ensure they didn't level so they could still sell all their scrolls and crap. So, it would only be a problem for the legits. Frown

Recently my husband killed a hacker in GMS and he revived after 10 min on the same map. :f6:

I was hoping KMS had the brains to remove that system...

With Party Play going away, this new anti-bot system, and ACB's vertical range going kaput, I'm actually running out of reasons to look forward to Jump.
It's ridiculous that I'm going to have to use a secondary character to hunt for warrior equips for mass fusing. Dumb.
