I'm more annoyed they are trade disabled after equipping. I really really hate untradeable items.

I said I hate untradeable items, I dont like anything I cant freely trade between my chars. VL is no different to the many items that cant be traded.

Just be glad it has resale value, unlike Reverse/Timeless equips.

Im sticking with reverse for my Evan..same with Sair probally unless I get my hands on these before I start cubing on my sair

Wearing the average full set adds +158 to luk for the raven horn set, and 143 to dex

so basically even with a high base dex, the stat bonuses will pretty much cancel out the cost, right?

set would have to add 165 main stat to be equal to the amount of str lost from putting points to dex and MW. this assuming you got all 170 dex from AP, which is most certainly not the case.

I wonder if the Weapon ATT +15 and the Weapon ATT +30 stack with each other, or if its simply replaced with the better.

regardless, even with 170 base secondary, that possible extra 45att is totally worth it.

judging by how all sets work, they stack.

Example:
3 piece effect: 1 wep att, 9001 all stats, 304 HP, 941 MP
5 piece effect: 11 wep att, 1 all stats, 10000000000 HP, 4 MP
If you had 5 pieces, you'd get 12 wep att, 9002 allstats, 10000000304 HP, and 945 MP.
It's how it works.

Being level 200 and a player since Beta, I'm sad to say I've only fought Pink Bean, Zakum, Chaos Zakum, Von Leon, but not the Classic Horntail.

Since HT came out in KMS, I got to 160 only to see it glitched I'm guessing that's what happened for you?

No no things in Scania work differently. If you go anywhere near the HT party area you will be DCed. People in GMS don't have much organization as well as JMS does and our ego takes a big role when playing Maplestory. So HT bossing is quite rare unless you befriend the guy who controls who gets to go in or not. Its pretty sad really because we have so many powerful players yet none of them want to work together with others because they think they can pretty much solo everything. That's just my 2 cents and Empress's gear seals the deal. Pretty soon Empress will be controlled just like Horntail because some dude wants prices to stay the same on certain drops from the boss.

not since beta but shortly after, only fought PB once, but i haven't even seen HT's preheads, and with hackers every so often, it's almost impossible for a somewhat average joe like me to go in there.

It is for me, HT's been glitched since I was 150, maybe even earlier, otherwise my guild would be all over it.
