Original League of Legends (LoL) Thread

Looks like Promote is coming back. Oh the memories of old Promote...

I had a very good ranked game with Purplefire44. It was close, edge biting, we get some of their inhibs, they got some of ours, game. They got baron once, we slaughtered them soon afterward.

However, we lost. An unfortuante teamfight broke out where I didn't initiate (was patrolling in a side bush as Cho'Gath). With no tank and Nasus as an offtank, Purp as Ashe went down fast when they rushed him. Anivia was at base. Nasus, Warwick, and I soon went down soon afterwards. Anivia couldn't defend the base so long.

I'm pleased with the game, but frustrated we didn't win. It just takes one lousy teamfight in the end to settle things.

Oh, and we were up against a Gangplank, Annie, Shen, Renektnn, and Pantheon. Considering our team was Anivia, Cho'Gath, Ashe, Warwick, and Nasus, I think we did well.

Just watched a nice stream from gamescom, TSM vs team my revenge. TSM stomped them really really hard.

Lol free skin glitch. Server sided, too.

Man, so much turtling going on in Intel Extreme Masters LoL gameplay...which make these champs quite good/borderline OP in this type of passive gameplay:

- Lanedyr (if left alone)
- CV
- Soraka/supports
- Wards

I'm sad now my win/lose ratio in normals is 1:1.

All I hear is him "BLEGH BLEGH BLEGH BLEGH BLEGH BLEGH" at over 2 attacks/second. Destroys stuff so fast.

When you posted that video about skin glitch, my first thought was "aww but I don't have any skins". Then I remembered Riot Tristana and tried it out like 5 or 6 times in customs like the video showed but it didn't work. Later on the first normal I played after that, I tried for giggles and:

Needless to say I don't have that skin, in fact I don't even own morgana.

Oh god I don't know how but my team managed to win when our Warwick was being a whiny little peach and our Brand was being a plantain causing Warwick to nonstop farm and push lanes while teamfights were happening. People can be so sensitive. Grow a spine ffs. Oh well, walked away from that with another ranked win...

The riot Tristana skin's the only reason I'm able to do the skin glitch as well. Except...all of the second skins of the characters I own are ugly as pineapple. So sad.

I love the Irelia skin, though. Dark ninja ftw =D.

I tried out the skin glitch in a custom and it took me 4 tries to actually be able to do it, so i wouldn't think people would manage to do it like every game they play unless they're very lucky..

My postings in this thread are quite scarce right now as i haven't played at all for like 4 days.

Seems like fickle fortune has visited my door and there's a large mass of lost matches in my match history now.

--Arguing asshats; death by typing. I reported them both.
--Someone afk'd for like 4 minutes in the beginning of the match. In the end, he really wanted top lane, even though it was agreed pre-game that I would try out top. What a derp face. Reported for stupidity.
--My irl friend decided to lag really fking hard when he decided to tryhard as the carry. Ohmyhead
--Poor matchups for Skarner in general. He really needs a little push xD

I suppose I still have a roughly even kill/death ratio overall =/

On a positive note, I can chalk off Irelia as someone Skarner could solo. And in another game, it was lane Skarner on one team, and a jungle Skarner on the other team. Jungle Skarner did pretty poorly, even though his team was winning.

I'ma dump my last Skarner feedback post on the LoL forums. It's gonna be a massive wall of text xD

Caitlyn is delicious =P Then again so is Ashe. If you want to be awesome by the time you buy her, you can practice with Ashe, who is 450 IP and free fairly often. This will teach you positioning, when to engage, map awareness, and how to not die. If you can do good on Ashe, it's very likely you can do good on Cait.
