Using super jutsu part 2, Itachi commits suicide to take Nagato with him. In their passing, with the last of their strength, they pass on their relative eyes to give Naruto full control over his lineage powers and the 9 tails.

Edo tensei requires the person's soul IIRC, and since madaras soul is just fine that shouldnt be the case.

Kabuto isn't doing anything to keep the jutsu active anymore, AFAIK, so itachi pretty much get a new chance at life i guess? Not sure.

Itachi is immortal right now. Until he's either sealed up by something or decides that he wants to die.

Is Itachi a god now? As in, does he have unlimited chakra? I don't think that has been go into yet with the zombies.

I would love to see Sasukes face when he sees Itachi.

Itachi is too awesome for this series. If he stays alive, it's at the point where he can overshadow Naruto. I'm waiting for him to die/be sealed/turn to dust again.

The edo tensei zombies can't run out of chakra. The body regenerates what ever is lost at death.

I don't think is true or else it'd be ridiciously broken. People like Deidara could just explode everything around them every second while walking just because their body and chakra is getting repaired anyway, yet this page says otherwise: http://manga.animea.net/naruto-chapter-526-page-14.html . Regardless edo tensei has a lot of controversial things that are likely just made for the plot.
