You guys should have checked out the MSEA Facebook when there was a 40 hour server maintenance. 9/10 of the comments were laughably bad English, and out of the remaining 10% comments some were only passable because they were so simplistic.

Most Maple Story players here would be Chinese, so Mandarin is one, and there's a really small minority of Malay.

Yea it is, and it comes from the influence from the Chinese language/culture. It is nothing more than verbal punctuation and should be acceptable as long as it is not a job resume, in my opinion anyway.

Those are just final particles. In some cases, the particle can indicate things like mood. It can also indicate a question, invitation, and whatnot.
