That's because it pops up on everyone's screen when one person completes it.

@above, I bought it in the fm and when I used it, it came out at level 6.

It works fine with mounts from mount gachapon
I saw some other people flying on balrogs and the pink hot air balloon as well.

Does anyone know what is wrong with this quest?

Can anyone do some data extraction what would lead to her location, or just point where the quest goes wrong?

Or is the full quest data not in the game yet?

Nothings wrong, the quest is SUPPOSED to end there. That's what it says on the GMS website, and that's how it was in JMS. The quest progress bar us glitched apparently.

Following the trend of that quest, I hardly doubt it's supposed to end there, maybe our quest-progress bar is correct (as it should have been), but the quest isn't complete yet. Maybe they "fixed" it in jMS by removing the 8 remaining quest-blocks.

But I have the feeling the quest will be completed some patch in the future...

How long is that quest out in jMS?
