Mob Equip slot?

So, SP.
Since they're messing around with the mounts in v.100, I looked at my mount info today, and much to my surprise, I have a Mount Equip slot, separate from the saddle slot.


So...
What the pineapple is this for, and are there any "mount equips"?

Actually, looking back, the best idea that people had was that it was to do with Evans (when people thought that they would be called Battlemages, see this thread).

Hmmm, it isn't out of the realm of possibility, but I doubt it. Mostly because I hate Evans and they suck.

didnt another ms version had a cart slot near to mount slow?

speaking of, i found in a shop a few months back an item called "pet AP (or was it SP?) reset scroll" any idea what it does?
