35*4 hours=140 hours of 1.5x that stacks with other exp boosters.
That's a little less than a straight week of 1.5x.

Also, regarding the flying mounts: I actually think it would be cool if the mounts obtained by being max level (Red Draco and Shinjoo) actually had a significant advantage over previous mounts, rather than just a bit more speed.
Of course this reward is somewhat ruined by Evans being able to fly earlier, and ruined even worse by NX users being able to fly whenever they please...
