Yeah, Basil's reputation on Southperry is mostly hindered by the fact that Southperry has a significantly smaller population than Basil does. In a smaller group, people can weed out the few idiots a lot easier and stop paying any attention to them; however, in a massive population like Basil's, there are always idiots around to replace the ones that are removed, and it doesn't help that stupid people are much more obnoxious.
