Looks like accounts that tried to log in when the login servers are crashed are stuck.

I haven't played Maplestory today.

Only my secondary account got in, but not my main.

cant log in....comon maple i must use all my faigitude points before resets at 12...

I feel like this discussion about posting ETAs or status reports goes on every single time there's an unscheduled server check. I don't think Nexon's going to change the way things work regarding there notices anytime soon. At the same time, Worthyness, they do post status updates on Facebook and Twitter regarding the maintenance, it's just not as specific as you would want it to be.

@above: It can also be done in PMs.

Sad part is they haven't really done anything like that on their Facebooks OR twitter, BESIDES this original message. I would have gladly accepted any sort of update, but to have your customers waiting for 12+ hours with not a single word other than the word you post at the beginning of the problem (or the end of the initial problem)? That's not good customer service. They are a business and they should run it like the company they are.
