I was saying, because there has been so much downtime lately it wouldn't be so far a leap as to think they people would get fed up and stop playing.

What recent down time..It's been a few weeks before the dc hacking fiasco and the rest were SCHEDULED server checks mind you.

However long they need to haha.

but i would rather not play at all today and have the game come back with no problems than get it back and have glitches/d/cs/lags constantly

lol? they arent patching, just rebooting the servers. you arent playing at all today AND there will still be glitches, disconnects, and lag... :/

They seriously need to hire a real PR person. -Hime- just doesn't cut it and they're doing really badly right now. They could of at least put out a notice like: "A minor earthquake temporarily knocked out the power in our city and screwed with teh servers." Or an update of "We don't know when the hell we're gonna get the servers back up, but we're currently working to make sure the game experience is good for everyone" Or "The power outage actually sent a massive surge through the server room and fried one of our servers. We're currently working to make sure no one's information was lost".

I mean ANYTHING would be better than "We'll update you later"

I am shocked Hime hasn't changed her/his Forum name with as much heat as she/he has taken. Hell I bet they could do it and most of the stuff they said would be taken a little more seriously just because it wasn't "HIME SAID SO" attached to it.

I would much rather then fix the problem then waste time just to say "sorry we don't know when we'll be done please stand by." Just get it fixed then come back and say games up here's what happened, servers got knocked out by whatever it was since you all missed 2x today we will be doing A,B and C as compensation have a nice days. Wasting time to get the servers up enough just to say we don't know when said work will be done is a waste of time.

Well, it always takes a lot of time for them to fix stuff. Never less than 2 hours. And I think giving us a simple post wouldn't take more than 1 minute. I mean, why do they have to keep us in the blank?

Thing is they haven't said anything of use all they said was the servers were down we found out on our own that it was a power outage why waste time telling us nothing of real importance. Just get the job down then I want my explanation of what happened. Updating us every few hours just to say the same useless crap is well.. useless
