Yep, i'm not trying to log in until other people *cough*basilers*cough* risk their accounts on some glitchy PIC thing.

It is online, I think they're just having problems with their main database at the moment. Surprisingly enough you can just log-in normally, however after attempting to register a PIC it will give you an error message. I'm guessing that they have it to where they're making sure you can't get online while they're trying to sort their problem(s) out.

I managed to get past the login screen with gamelauncher, not having to put in a pic/pin. Now when I try to log onto my DB, I must register a PIC first.

Relax, people, this is hardly the first time it's displayed this behavior (asking for PINs or to register a PIC, then failing). It means the PIC database server is down (they put it separate from the regular passwords, as an extra layer of security. I'm not sure whether this is a separate machine or just a process on the same one). Just wait for it all to come up.

You can't.
Since the PIC server is down, it can't save your new PIC.
You will get an error message, as RandomZodiac and Zygon did.
(It also can't clear your PIC, so you needn't worry about it resetting and stuff.)

Already did that and it gave me a failed due to unknown error as sapta already stated sorry i didnt read the previous pages but what happened while i was gone?
