We might see her come back stronger, albeit one part of the Black Mage raid (WoW style end, anyone?).

An expedition broken into 4 parts makes it so big name bossers and hackers don't win the illegit/legit first kills in one day.

CWK is coming back, so don't worry about that dream.
That said, prepare to have any dream of Masteria at all tying into the main plot crushed.

First of all, not every version has Masteria. More importantly, KMS doesn't have Masteria.
The reason KMS doesn't have Masteria is that GMS made the whole area up itself.
For anything in that area to become a part of the main plot, it'd have to be shoe-horned in, and the entire plot of Masteria would need to be updated.

So, while people would finally have to shut up about Masteria, they'd probably still be whiny that the entire area became no more than a subplot of the Black Mage story instead of a completely different tale in its own right.
