Mount Pricetag and Monster Book sets

This thread is two things:
One, does anyone know if Nexon is going to remove the 50m pricetag on the Silver Mane? I recall something about them doing that in KMS, but it doesn't seem to have been done here.

Two, can someone give a list of the Monster Card area sets including the area they're for, the monsters that you need, and the bonus?

Definitely doing Neo City, Mu Lung, Dead Mine, Leafre, and Cross Goma Brigade first. The other ones are either going to be impossible or not worth the bother of getting 50 HP.

I too would enjoy being able to fly without putting in the work i'm going to do anyway to get to 200.

I feel like there was something about the silver mane changing to not costing in chaos.
