Nexon posted a patch for KMS version 137 upgrade to version 138.
You may download this patch from their official site and begin [thread=13610]creating your pre-patcher[/thread] now.
Extractions and database updates will be forthcoming (if supported)!

I downloaded this one and NXPatcher threw an error that checksums don't match. I'm glad it threw up that error because then it was readily obvious that I missed a 78MB KMS patch. Frown
