This update is bullshit. What's the point of cubing now then, unless KMS is planning to upgrade all preexisting Unique gear to "Legendary", we're here wasting our NX trying to get good Unique stats when we could have used all those cubes to upgrade to Legendary. What the pineapple are they thinking?

So.
54 is gloves, as SE is the only 120 skill in Old.
That means there is another skill (level 120) on gloves. Probably either Adv. Bless or SI.
55 gets 2 skills too, both level 70. One in Old, one in New. 55 can get speed, so it should be shoes, as hats and bottoms can't get speed. Shoes will probably get haste and CO then.
51 gets 2 skills too, one level 70 (old), one level 120 (new). 51 can add emotions, thus 51 is hat. One level 120 skill comes on hat next to Door.

Assuming they don't fix the glitched skills i'll have/want:
Decent door/SE/HB
Useful abless/CO
Other two are useless. I COULD get decSI because it doesn't dispel, but casting boosters doesn't take a lot of time and i'll have to rebuff everyone else anyway. Only if useful CO breaks max skill level will i get it.

I don't see why you couldn't get them on the new rank, unless you expect all your lines to be primary lines.

Because the data for potential makes it so that you can only get the potential lines that are listed at that tier. You can't get things like happy for a certain amount of time on a unique equip, because that's only for rare.
Same applies in this situation.

All *rank* items would have *previous rank* primary lines as secondary line.
All 'legendary' items should have secondary lines of current unique primary lines.
Your example is a sh'itty one, cause 10% chance *face* is a rare primary line iirc, so it'd only be on rare items as primary, and epic items as secondary.
