Will I lose my medal?

Title says it all.



I got rolled back to Chief Bandit with the 4th Job Medal still equipped somehow (it should have been rolled too), but forgot to toss the medal before advancing, so I have a blank in my medal window where this medal should be.

What I want to know is, will I lose the medal permanently if I throw it away? I know I would if the system considers me to have already completed the "quest" to obtain the medal, but since there's a blank in my medal window, the system probably considers it incomplete.

I don't want to risk losing the medal permanently (I'm too lazy to complete Quest Specialist/PQ Maniac, and I can't kill Skelegons or Zombies so Saint Exorcist is out of the question).

If you drop a medal, you can't get it back. If the medal shows up in your achieved medal window, then you should not be able to get it.

Like I said, it isn't in that window.

Technically I should get the quest the moment I drop it, but I don't want to risk it.

no way of knowing really, you could try getting the ice knight medal (+2 everything, no HP) and then dropping it.

Well, there's Quest Specialist and PQ Maniac, but I'm not nearly mad enough to get them...
