Cant get emails

So a while ago i tried resetting my password for maple and it never sent me an email but its the right email and today i tried making an account for that dueling website and i put in my normal email and it still hasnt been set so im kinda worried =\.

Did you check your spam folder?

Also, if you think there something wrong with your mailbox, send yourself email from some other account.
If you get that, and if the messages from Nexon aren't in you spam folder, it means your mailbox is fine, it's Nexon that's not sending out emails. Log a ticket (they won't look at it, but within 24 hours you should receive a "we got your ticket and will look at it sometime in the next century" confirmation email, for yet another proof that your mailbox is working fine).

Didnt work could it possible be the computer?

Are you reading your email on the web (through a browser) or in Microsoft Outlook or a similar program that downloads the emails to your local computer?

If the latter, that program might not be doing its thing, or your ISP (I'm assuming that who holds the mail until you download it) is having problems. Call them.

If it's a web-based service such as hotmail or gmail, the problem can't be your computer. Check your settings/preferences in the e-mail site, you might have accidentally set a filter that tosses everything away.

Ok so i sent an email to myself and that worked fine so i guess ill try my other account again.

Edit: ok so it worked now =O. guess its just nexon.
Double Edit: Dueling network worked now will try nexon when my sister wants to.
