The Amazing Spiderman

Netto Wrote:This.

I paid good money to see the film ONCE. Why make it again? And if they were to change the storyline of it, it would confuse me. That's why I'm always thinking: Make it once; Do it right.

Some movies (Like the Last Airbender in my opinion) NEED a reboot. Things like Spiderman and Batman, not too much.

And also, I hate it when all movies show that it's EASY to get a girl. Seriously? It's always the same thing. Superhero movies, romance movies, even cartoon movies sometimes. That's probably why I liked the 1st Spiderman movie. Peter had to WORK to get Jane to notice him (in a way) and even in the 2nd movie where he had problems he had to work out. THAT'S the effort I like to see.

i don't, i know getting a girl isn't that easy, but the main hero getting the girl easy makes more room for pretty explosions

At least the Lizardman scientist guy is going to be in this one. That's one we haven't seen yet.

Spiderman's not in the Avengers movie. There's a reason the Captain America movie was called "Captain America : The First Avenger". This is the last movie establishing the Avengers, the next movie IS The Avengers.

DC really needs to do the same for the Justice League if they want to keep up =|

Don't they still have a Hulk movie to do?

A third one would really really exceed redundancy.

There's apparently a sequel, but that's happening after the Avengers movie.

They're not doing a new one with a new actor, but IIRC The Avengers will have a different actor than that movie.

Yes, let's make a movie about superheroes most children today have never heard of. Business often gets in the way of remaining true to the universe.

Those guys will probably be in the Avengers movie. In the preview at the end of the Captain America movie, I saw some guys who I didn't recognize. xD I was like "Green Arro-- oh, right. Marvel."

I was talking about them having their own movie. Avengers isn't going to be that great if half the movie is talking about the guys that aren't popular enough for their movie.

Um. Wouldn't introducing them to new people have far more novelty that re-telling them the same crap they've heard over and over and therefore be more interesting? :f6:

There's a reason familiarity breeds contempt.

No one wants to take a risk at the moment. They'd rather go for the sure thing. See : Jonah Hex

If they truly wanted to do an Avengers movie, there'd be way too many characters to include at once. Not to mention how you have Spiderman, various X-Men, and so on teaming up at different times. The avengers team has had so many reincarnations.

Still not sure how the Avengers will play out, but I'm hoping for the best.

Looks like a piece of pomegranate in my opinion, I saw the trailer yesterday. I don't like it. It's gonna bore me.

In trailer I saw they didn't even introduce a proper villain. Villains are what make movies exciting, wtp?

Edit: Nvm after seeing Shikages post. I STILL DONT LIKE IT.

They're sticking with the one true spiderman villian - Existential ANGST.
