Yep, i've suspected for a while that the ms RNG uses a positive/negative seed based on time. This is why you see several people gach rare items at once, and can cube 100 times and get crap later on.

It only last till that date no matter what you do so if you clicked it you can see the expiration date.

They would have to all use their gacha tickets the exact nanosecond everyone else did.
