A guy on basil was talking about iceberg slymm'/ new dialogue and how he said something to him about Naricain and Krakia. He doesn't have an SS of the text boxes, but he has this pic of the quest completed tab

Quest has been around since CWK came out. Gotta have a MoN and finish each Bounty Hunter quest twice to get it.
