Original League of Legends (LoL) Thread

Had my first game as Wu Kong on Co-op. It's definately fun, a lot like Xin Zhao, but with less cc though, since all his cc is his ult, which has a fairly high CD. Something I did like is the trickery, since people don't know him they'll get confused like bots were, and attack him with ults in teamfights.

I like how Guardsman Bob defined Wukong. He's Xin Zhao, only you don't level W.

KARMA THE AP TANK!

Honestly, she is like the most versatile ap character I have played. Not only can she support but she can also turn into a AP tank with her shield. Her Bond that is a lame version of Wisp's tether is useful for saving and killing people because of the slow/speed.
Still trying to find a decent build for.

Bah, no reveal put back on Phosphorous Bomb. Bummer. Acceptable nerfs on Corki. Passive, armor shred and missile range intact. Nothing for me to be too sad about.

Wat. Where was this? I thought they said there was going to be one champ between leona and skarner, that being wukong. Unless they're not releasing champs for a while....

There's talk on the forums that Riot's "Fix" for the double cast bug was adding an "Internal Cooldown" to abilities and having a 1-2sec delay between activating each ability in sequence.

Whether or not this is server lag, it seems to be affecting everyone.

I can't say I've noticed this considerably, although I've only played two games so far today, with the second one being Anivia.

Word on the street is that WuKong's skills can sometimes cause the servers to completely lock up for a minute or two and/or cause lag. It's definitely happened in the first game I played, and my team became sadface.

I'm loving wukong, I can't wait to show you guys how well I can play him later on! Hopefully I get the chance to get a game with him that is, stupid instalockers are taking mah monkey!

Also who ever said skarner was in winter of 2011? At E3 they had a release schedule.

I thought that before playing him but they're quite different actually. Wukong is better in teamfights because he can knock up the whole team if they're close enough (and he can get close with his E), not like alistar can't do that but it's a different character. Another thing Wu has is an escape mechanism, since he can go stealth for a little time and juke, also he is a great ganker as he can enter the brush in the side of the lane, go stealth get close and jump with E.

True, but the CD on his ulti is too long compared to the utility of the skill, so it's negligible. Also his damage output is really low unless extremely fed. Right now there's a ton of reports saying his Q only affects BASE armor, not current / total, so it's pretty bad right now.

Wukong is the best parts of the manliest Demacian men put together.
