I dunno, he's from the future where the beds are softer, the game skips the part where he got his wings. But he clearly lost a horn.

Also there is no lore afaik about cellions/lioners/grupins becoming lucidas so... losing a horn may have never applied. just sayin. In fact there is as much or more evidence for the opposite.
