Fastest class to lvl 36?

What would be the fastest class to train to level 36?

Some of the cygnus with their +10% exp (which of them?)? Or would Mechanic still be better cause the drill rush literally pwns flat maps?

drill rush have a cooldown (much bigger delay, close to old dragon strike before balance patch) now, I would go for wild hunter, assassin or a blaze wizard. But may I ask, what is it for? herbing mule?

I'd guess the lvl 36 NLC quest which gives a GFA 60%, are they still valuable?

15m in Yellonde I believe
