It's not public. If it was we would've heard of it by now. It could be a glitch, if it's not hackers. I'm not aware of any hacks, ever, that have made unavailable data suddenly available aside from the recent APQ.

browsing their forums i read about a hack that allows them to "ungrey" options, for example, those 1-meso scrolls in the cash shop, it allows them to put them in the wishlist, no idea if it can be used here though.

I don't think hackers would bother with that even if they could get in... How would it benefit them in any way?

The hack is called 'Enable disabled buttons'. It's a simple exploit that makes you able to click any button that shouldn't be able to be used. Since the full data is in the game already, you should be able to play it without problems.
