What you think about PvP so far?

I think it's a great way to earn some nice exp from it. It's just quick, simple and made Maple Story a lot more fun now for me, though of course you're gonna end up running into them "haters". Specially when you're a Mechanic.

I won 1st place in like 8 matches in a row with my Mechanic, that's like crazy or something considering Mechanic had already been nerfed.

Lag is unbearable. Not playing till it's fixed.

Don't really care for it. Once I make my Shoulder Pad and am satisfied with the M.Att on it and get the Pocket Slot that costs 100 emblems I'll never go back to PvP again unless it's to mess around with friends.

I'm enjoying it well minus the lag. It's the most fun I've had in MS in sometime and a nice break from bloody grinding to death.

If it wasn't lagging, I'd say it's actually pretty fun.

I think the general consensus is this:

If you don't lag and can hit well, you'll enjoy PvP.
If you can't hit well, you're gonna give up PvP real quick.
If you lag... you're also gonna give up PvP real quick.

Although, even if you can't aim for a lot of Gallant Emblems, if you can do decently well (like halfway up the rankings in a match), you can get some nice EXP from this. Me for example, my Bishop has always gotten at least half a mil per 10 minute match thus far. And that's REALLY GOOD at my level. xd

First place most of the time, when not in first, close enough that it doesn't matter where I ended up. As a person who abhors training because I lack the motivation at my high level and as a person who loved the easy EXP from CvP, PvP is right up my alley. Having raggedy equips and the resulting poor damage doesn't bolster my love of training either, in PvP it's nearly equip independent. I'm not beholden to party members where I'd feel bad flaking out on a grind fest. As a final result, I get nearly equivalent EXP from PvP as I do training, not nearly enough of a difference to matter to me.

Does this make me one of those lazy Maplers that people who trained to 200 before BB and Chaos-PvP detest? Sure it does.

I can't do PVP either. I feel extremely weak as a Lv 137 DarkKnight. If I stand still across a Lv 80 gunslinger and we both spam our attacks with full hp. I will die first and the gunslinger will have 1/2 HP left. I just dont get it..

I haven't had this fun on maple in years. And I don't even "win" most of the matches.

When I don't lag, I do really well (like 2-300 per minute). Unfortunately, that happened for exactly 2 minutes, in one match. I can't freaking play this with the extreme amount of lag. Everywhere else I go, I don't lag a bit. It's not even this bad in FM1, or AM1. Actually, it's not even close. If I could get those lags in PvP, I'd be delighted. I honestly don't understand what makes this much lag, even on deserted channels. If anyone can tell me why I lag this much in PvP, but don't lag at all in a full LHC bearwolves channel, with nxhoars at the top left, I would appreciate it.
Until this gets fixed, I'm not PvPing if I can help it.

Meta has said it all, already. It's extremely fun to do so.
I don't even care about winning, or points, anything else. It's just much better than leveling.

When not lagging; I always manage to do the top three if not first on my Evan. Aside form lal the cooldown skills and crappy stun/freeze chances we have, Illusion is quite powerful in pvp Maybe top 5 if there are other awesome peeps in the game.
