FelixTM Wrote:The only thing I don't like about these classes is that I'll have to level them up to 120 to get my BM the best possible Blessing. :/ That's stupid. I don't want to level up some dumb new class. Actually, it seems these ones are easier to level, and maybe they are to be played in another area, not interacting with "parent" characters, in the future... Maybe easier to level in general there. Who knows?

Maybe the npcs are in that other area still unreleased. AND! You can simply test those in maple island for now. What I mean, is that there could be a different starting point, in a future, where you can't get with your main. Like two different "games" That way, you wouldn't get overpowered characters on pqs, bosses, etc. that are picked over the others.

new video using first, second and third job skills at level 72:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=D6z_xWI5Xnc&fmt=18 it seems like sparks is a cross between a buff and a passive attacking skill. it's really cool actually, lol. it has an animation similar to an elemental charge and has the buff timer icon in top righthand corner. as you attack, it adds on damage to the monsters surrounding you. I picked the golem mini dungeon because it seems to be the best place to show how it works, since you can see sparks activating against monsters on the platform below the one I'm attacking on.

Ok, now I understand Spark a bit more. Thanks for sharing.
Everything, so far, looks pretty impressive.

As I said before, these classes won't break the game. Because they have extra AP, they can level faster and get to 120 faster, but a regular character can become much, much stronger than one of these. Really, someone 130-140 is probably stronger than the new jobs because of 4th job skills. Like for the striker/infighter, an infighter with demolition is much stronger than the striker.

I see each class has an element, which will help while deciding where to train(mage-fire,thief-poison,pirate-lightning,warrior-holy,) but what about wind archers? is this a completely new element

They lack Ice, which I find really odd, because Ice is a big part of the game (well... it freezes stuff).
Maybe they'll stick it to the Wind Breakers, with frosty wind or something.

Fiel said that Shark Wave is the same as Dragon Pulse and the crit one is exactly the same as archers critical skill.

^They're just testing specific skills now... odds are, once they're officially released, they'll have a bunch of new skills.

After reading this, I suddenly feel odd about having the name StrikerViper saved for a potential pirate... I did it months ago.
Well asides from that it sounds very interesting. Once this comes out I'll have to recreate some of my chars and make some more accounts so that I can put these guys to the test.
