Critical Ring is replaced by what?

I assume there are 4 better rings than the Critical Ring?

Or is the Critical ring still one of the 4 best to use?

I'm wondering if I should bust my gut to get 3-5 of my nub mules from lv 20-80 for the Critical ring in the next 3 weeks.

Crit ring is probably one of the 4 you should have (as the best).

Potential ring as well, bu tall the potential ones are level 30-, so not that big a deal really.

Yeah, your multipliers (Combo) stack additively with criticals, making them relatively less powerful than a non crit as compared to other classes.

I might be misremebering or over-simplfying that a little, but that is the gist of it.

Oh I have both lv 17 Evolving Rings and the freely tradeable original Resitance Ring, if that changes anything.

If you have under 286 total attack, a 7atk ring can replace it.

The Angelic Blessing / Dark Angelic Blessing rings and Evo rings are the only ones able to do this anyway.

I guess the point is, 10% crit is not easily replaceable on any class, and for most the critical ring is the best of the 4. The main downside is that they're untradeable, so you need to train up a bunch of mules 40-80, then delete them.

For the same type of comparison, other classes: you need to have less than 86 total w.atk on any other class in order for a 5atk ring to perform as well as the crit ring, less than 200 w.atk for a 10 atk ring to perform as well as the crit ring.

str is a separate factor not additive with either crit or w att, therefore does not matter when comparing crit to w att.

But you don't just crit off your w.atk.

You could consider ~4str to be as good as 1atk if you need to compare a ring with +atk and +str to the crit ring. I don't know of any rings other than the Evo rings & Dark Angelic that would be affected by that, though. Resistance and Lilin's ring are both still a few attack shy of beating the crit ring.

I only recently learned I probably should've made an adventurer instead of DB... Oh well, 3att 3333stat mask should be a nice bonus too.

I'm still kicking myself for not buying a perm trans eye before BB; white rac mask I have is 9 int 2% int, but it's so ugly I refuse to use it; I'm just grinding a new Evan to get those glasses for my higher level Evan. Already got the DB mask, mainly because DB is now so easy to level with I wouldn't even call that grinding, more like sweeping maps like a dirty floor.
