I already know how grueling Hell is, but there's not much to do once you hit level 70 cap. I'm not worrying too much about it right now, because I'm only Level 63.
I'm still waiting to know if Skasa and Verd are the best "Hell Farm" spots or if this changed recently.

I believe those 2 only give you radiant demon eyes and 55 Epics.

Skasa has lv 50 epics only, but requires nightshades.

Verd has a mixed pool of lv 50 and 55, but requires cosmos.

It's obvious which is easier and more rewarding however if you're aiming for specific epics, then gotta work elsewhere.

Get Breaking Rush cancel.
Chain Saw Rush sucks, don't put any points into it.
Get Shining Spark, it give Shining Cut another hit.
