You can get the seeds by purchasing a Novice Secret Herb Patch Ticket from Nack in Ardentmill and entering the place on the bottom right corner.

Has it been confirmed that harps really drop Angelic ring I'm currently hunting them and have yet to find one. In fact only MDTs have been confirmed to drop Angelic as far as I know.

i Think JP got his from harps but i not 100% sure ill ask him later and update if he hasnt replied already.

I've seen a lot of people saying they got theirs at triple rumos or zeta grey, so guess that's confirmed as well

It's because no one wants to take a chance anywhere else and just hunt MDTs. They know 100% that they drop there because of all the confirmation, but no one wants to try a place that potentially drops them.

Some dude on basil said patrol robos in the edelstein mine dropped it for him, but take with that what you will

Haven't heard zeta greys....but lol, who wants to go down to Omega on a whim? Heard triple rumos a lot though. I've heard of people hunting at harps, and went there for an hour myself but I don't recall hearing direct confirmation that harps drop em.

Triple rumos are as full as MDTs now, so confirmation that something else drops it would be great.
