Well, there's the "Clothes Recycle Bin" in Henesys that will take unwanted NX clothing. If you don't want to get rid of them for good, then you can also try sticking some of them on your character and the rest on in your Android slots.

If you can't throw them out of your inventory, you can try that weird clothes recycling machine in the Henesys market.
