I know shirts can get them, can pants? Also, is there a more in depth description of the requirements and parameters for each potential line or equip type that someone can link me to?
Fiel's guide on the potential system summarizes top/bottom/overall and all the lines they can get collectively, but for example I know invincibility seconds only show up at epic or better (on shirts).
