Past or current event?

So I kind of remember seeing some kind of referral event a day or 2 before chaos patch came out but now I can't find it on the website. Maybe I'm just getting myself mixed up but if anyone else remembers something along those lines or even better has a link to the post from the Nexon website that would be awesome.

I really hope I'm not getting myself mixed up.

Oh, sorry, I probably should have been more specific.
If you remember a while back Nexon had some events where you could refer your friends to play and both you and them would get prizes if they joined and got to a certain level. I forgot how it worked though, either you sent them an email with a link or they had to enter your character name when they signed up.
I remember seeing a post about it right around the time we got the Chaos patch notes but now I can't find it.

Yes, yes! That's exactly what I'm talking about, I couldn't remember what it was called. So does that mean it's over or was the announcement months ago but it's on-going?
It's probably over I'm always late for these kinds of things.
