As sure as the earrings I'm wearing. I wasn't really paying attention to what cube it was I used, since I buy NX pretty much never (hurrrr, a likely story! ) but this is indeed the result, and I indeed nearly had a heart attack in response. I apologize if the wording seems off. How much would earrings like that be worth, anyway?

My luck with hidden potential belts is horrible. Best one I made was:

First warrior belt, and on reveal it had what I needed.

Only premium cubes make 2 line items into 3 line items. More of nitpicking at your wording than anything. Gratz!
Hot Time gave reg cubes, if anything. I actually didn't get my cube, gacha ticket or any fame (after opening letter) so meh.

Got sick of having these clean VSS in my inventory even though they were the cheapest ones in the FM so I tossed 70% Potential scrolls on them all to see what would happen.

DO IT FOR THE FUNSIES! You know you want to! And it's a guaranteed hidden potential anway (and most, if not all, of the hidden potential'd items from fusion almost always have awesome stats)

And I didn't get anything good except for that 2 lined epic on reveal which has 12% accuracy. Might recube.
But still, I got a huge amount of crafting xp today, and i'm nowhere near done.

Yes it is change dem 2lines for 3lines and agreeded with Worthyness it will probably go to something awesome like 6% _____ .
