Actually it did load for me. But the link did not link to an actually GM post. It linked to some guy saying "i sended a ticket n dis is wut gm repliz". He posted that message numerous times through the Nexon forums.

Actually that was the actual reply to my ticket that was posted all over the place. I posted it once or twice, people ran with it. Had a remarkable effect though at getting an official statement.

Could anyone tell me where i can get elemental staff (1) (fire lv 103). Did it out ?

All elemental staves/wands are from NLC gach (90%)

Every single one I've seen in Mardia came from the Mushroom Shrine.

They come from both. I'm pretty sure my friend got her Lv 130 Fire Staff at NLC. However, I've heard other people getting both Lv 103 and 130 set at Mush Shrine. Dunno where the Lv 70 set came from though.
