No, really... where are my Masteria quests?
#1
After a few minutes of boredom in Singapore, I figured I'd head over to CWK to work on some of the quests I need to obtain my deputy star (was too lazy to do them when Bigfoot was glitched... Frown)

I opened my quest log and found this...

No sign of my Masteria quests at all! Frown And I know I haven't completed all of them either, like I said before.

Booooo...

[EDIT:] LAWL, nvm, they were in my "in progress" tab. But I guess Singapore is part of Masteria now? :f6:

If Singapore is in Masteria, then you should be able to use the yellow return scrolls to get to NLC from Singapore.

Tried that right after I saw the Singapore quests under Masteria, but doesn't work.
It shouldn't mean anything where the quest is in the quests tab.
Amoria is under Victoria Island anyway, no?

we predict its part of masteria, but for now, its just its own island

The reason NLC scrolls work in Amoria is because both Amoria and NLC, being creations of GMS, are on data continent 6. scroll usage works on that basis... They could disable them in Amoria in the future using a method like Dead Mine scrolls. Singapore's on data continent 5 so it would never work.

Either way the only reason it's under "masteria" is a quest categorization glitch.

But instead, they made it easier now. The Amoria hunting maps seem to be fixed now, and that means added freedom of NLC scroll usage.

I think the quests appearing in the masteria list is a bug.

the area that a certain map belongs to is one thing, and the area that the certain map's quests belong to is a different thing. the two arent even in the same format.

I just tried using a NLC scroll at Purplewood 1 yesterday and it didn't work. It did, however, give me an error message. That's something it didn't do before. So it's partially fixed, but not completely fixed.

Odd... it DID teleport me on one of the maps... Maybe I was using a Nearest town scroll... I'll check it later.

You can use NLC scrolls on the Purple Plains maps, just not the two Purplewood maps or at Amos's training ground. I'd be willing to be that if you died it would send you back to Amoria now, though, and before it would not do that; only respawn you right back at the purplewood map, in the middle of the monsters, with 50 HP. >_>

oh... That must be it. I tested it again on the first map, and it worked. And since I was at NLC, I'm lazy enough to not go back for the rest :p
