Sitting at 42033~49541 buffed range(stew,conc,mw30), I have no idea what else to upgrade.
Would Jump actually make me hit near those 300k hurricanes? Currently standing at about 150k hurricanes on Zakum w/o 30% boss on bow. Would it be worth cubing over 9% dex 6% attack on my bow for 30% boss/pdr?

I've just come back to the game, after not playing for a long time. So i retested my skills,
and my allocation in 4th job skills is this so far:
30 Hurricane, 30 SE, 1 Phoenix, 29 Bow Expert, 30 concentrate, 1 DB and 56 free SP.

What should i add next?

Yes, I think it'd be a good idea to recube your bow.

Have you got a nice 10% nose, 27 atk 15% vl gloves? 15%+ on everything 3rd tier? Have you got level 90 stirgemans? There's always more to upgrade.

At this point, which chaos literally just over 11 hours away, I'd recommend just chilling on your end game bow and actually on all your end game gear if you're considering the 130/140 stuff as we really don't know enough about it. Drop rate, ease of making/obtaining recipes, how pvp is working.

From my stance, I wouldn't make a timeless engaw for myself. I would personally go for the 140 bow and just save up and wait for it to become more affordable, which would be like 3-4 months. After 3-4 months though, I expect bow prices to start really inflating as we'll be getting close to Jump, and the bowmaster bandwagon should kick into high gear.

I'm from MSEA so it's gonna take at least half a year for us to get Chaos. I did finally get around to researching on the Lv140 weapons. It's 45 more STR to hold a weapon that is roughly 10WA higher than a max level Timeless Engaw, I guess that's pretty worth it? Has anyone gotten a Timeless Engaw that is higher than 118WA clean?

Yes, unless you can OHKO with Arrow Eruption.

So, im approaching the end with my Wind Archer, lvl 97 i think, i just got a metus with 93 base att, +3% total damage, and +10 weapon att potential. How should I scroll it? Im gonna just let this be end-game for my WA since ill only be going to 120, and I dont exactly plan on doing too much after i hit that level, just general messin around. However, I would love for this bow to be semi-awesome for my last few levels, lol. before you say pinks and white scrolls, that way outta my price range, lol.

If I were you I would hit it with a 30% then 60% it the rest of the way. Either that, or I'd buy a cheap nisrock (either 3L or potential it yourself) and 60% that. It really depends how funded you are, but a nisrock would/could have a much higher base attack.

Do you think it's worth it to get the entire Von Leon set? I'm able to get a CHTP and such, hoping to get the VL cape scrolled decently as well.

I'd say no. Surely maxing phoenix, and therefore spirit link, would be more beneficial? Unless I'm missing something and Phoenix doesn't carry over.

Phoenix and Spirit Link carry different IDs, so it won't be a replacement, but just a refund of SP and you'd have to hunt the Mastery Books all over again.

I think you're mistaken as Phoenix and Frostprey books turn into their respective Spirit Link books. Additionally, Phoenix will provide a greater damage boost for bossing and training than lolhamstring.

I'm having trouble finding it but there was a thread with a list of old skill ID's and the news ones. Dragons Breath turns into Sharp Eyes (current Sharp Eyes books stay Sharp Eyes). Hamstring and Blind turn into Illusion Step. Concentrate turns into AFA. Phoenix and Frostprey turn into Spirit Links.

Since Arrow Rain is so bad now, will I ever actually use it all that often? I guess what I'm asking is whether I should just go Inferno first and max AR at the end with spare SP or if the old pre-Chaos AR builds are still worth it?

AR gets a dramatic attacking speed boost in Jump. Definitely worthwhile if you happen to be training in areas with larger mobs than inferno can handle.

Regarding Wind Archers: I have just recently acquired Storm of Arrows, but I am not sure where to put the skill in use, because Albatross gives Wind Shot and I want to know which of SoA or Wind Shot would be better for bossing and training (SoA is 190% per arrow and Wind Shot is 380% x3 at maxed levels in Chaos right now).

As well, which skills of the Wind Archer should be maxed out? After planning out to max all the essential skills, it looks like I still have Puppet, Arrow Rain, and Strafe to put points in, so which of these should be maxed?

Hurricane beats strafe pretty much all the time, so pull that one off the table. Puppet is invaluable, definitely max. Get AR after Puppet and any spare points can go to strafe but that's last on the priority list.
