Unscheduled Server Maintenance - 07.12.2011

Are you sure it's intended to be reusable for Blacksmith and Accessory Makers?

* The Master Alchemist: Gain a reusable drink to lower your Fatigue level, and gain a potion recipe.
* The Master Blacksmith: Gain a drink to lower your Fatigue level, and gain a multiple use glove recipe for your job.
* The Master Jeweler: Gain a drink to lower your Fatigue level, and gain a multiple use face accessory recipe for your job.

I mostly have everything off. All except Microsoft Security Center, which I tested to ensure that it wasn't the cause of Maple spazzing.

The description of the pot itself says unlimited use. I got it as a jeweler.

The description of the other pots says 3 times a day, they're only usable once.
Nexon made it "unlimited" so you could stack it with the other potions on the same day.

The wording "Unlimited" is very misleading then, nobody in their right mind would have more than one (if it is indeed possible).

Regardless, it seems like a massively shitty reward for so much hard work compared to the rewards in KMS.

Just because you can't get more than 1 now, doesn't mean you won't be able to in the future.

The main reward is the glove or face accessory recipe.
The fatigue drink (for Blacksmiths and Jewels) is just a tiny bonus.
Not sure why the description of the Alchemists' reward is different. Haven't leveled my Alchemy enough to receive it yet, but the concept of a "reusable drink" sounds a bit contrary to the game's mechanics. All Use items are single-use, aren't they?

Nearly everything Nexon writes is misleading. Off the top of my head I can think of:
Ignore PDR
Fatigue Drink
Skill descriptions
Quest dialog/text
Hime's Neo Tokyo/City mix-up
Everything else Hime says
etc.

A little on the vague side, but I'm sure I could come up with specific examples if I looked hard enough.

It's only misleading because the players don't understand it.

Just because it's unlimited doesn't mean you can keep using the same one. If you had more than one you could use more than one.

This.

Why would Nexon undermine their 2.5K NX Fatigue Reset Coupons by making these non-disappearing potions that could be used an unlimited number of times to reset your Fatigue to zero seemingly an infinite number of times.

No.

Reusable is pretty dang straight forward. If they ment without cooldown they should have written it out better. The fault lays with them and not the players.

Hmm, that is true. I imagine they will be in the gachapon eventually.

Eh, maybe i'm just still butthurt over the angelic blessing recipe and cant see a less rare recipe as a comparable reward, since i probably wont get the ring recipe any time soon

Eh, i suppose. But i did see the notice first about it being Re-usable, which is even more misleading, and totally my bad if it is indeed only for Alchemists.

I was thinking maybe it could be used once a day, which seems pretty fair.

Delayed by an hour from now already, better early then 10 minutes late.

[Update1] The maintenance has been delayed, it should complete by 2:00 PM.

Arr, half an hour isn't too bad. Good on them for warning us early

Reuseable is misleading. Unlimited isn't.

So, is the potion re-usable (with ONE use a day) or does it disappear after one time usage (just as the other potions do)?

So, any bets that this USC will fix absolutely nothing/make things worst?

It disappears after one use. This renders the whole unlimited/reusable label redundant, hence the confusion and arguments.

All right, that means it's basically useless. Sad
