Can anyone confirm that a weapon can have 7 stars on it and then still be protected trying to get an 8th star? I've heard rumors that 7 is max, then it doesn't protect anymore but no one has been able to confirm. (Yes I know the scroll says 8 stars) Just looking for a confirmation.

Yes, it works up to 8 (but not past). There are 4 or 5 people on my BL already with 8 stars =[

One way to find out.

Once you have the 8th star, do the protection scrolls just not work? So can you not use them for regular scrolling (on hammer slots) as a result?

Sorry no pics. I used 1h for magic attack 20% on my Evan's E-wand. It is still there regardless of a few fails.

well, if you ever do it again, please video it, all i'm asking.

I do know you can use the protection scroll after the 7th star as for 20%'s I'm not to sure

Confirming Wards work with 20%'s tried 20% on my Vip Belt, Czak helm and Vip earrings all scrolls failed but at least they still in tact

This is fantastic.
...assuming that I bother to waste 10 dollars to have a 15% chance to remove one failure on an equip that I know I'm going to replace in the foreseeable future.
