Currently, all traits are at the 500 exp. per day cap. However, looking at the John's Last Present quest, it gives 600 exp.

Would you gain all 600 EXP. or just 500 of it and the other 100 would be wasted?

You would gain it all.
In fact, I think you would gain all 600 even if you were at 499 before you did the quest.
At least, that's how it works with Ambition: I regularly get my ambition to 495+ (1 Zak, 2 Pap, and a few random area bosses) and then do zak or von leon, and end up with around 800 Ambition for the day. (It says 500/500 in the window, but looking at the actual Ambition value, I know I received the full amount).

i can personally confirm it works like this, i wasted the 200 and 400 ones, but ended getting almost 1100 the third day, lol

Yep. Slowly, begrudgingly, adding that to be list of chores for maxing traits every day. Got ambition down, that one is sooooooooo fantastically easy. Charm ofc from htps and zak helms. But now willpower, zzzzzzzzzzz. Dojo is a snooze fest for sure, phoenix solos the first like 30 rooms. Maxing insight and diligence will be easy though as I actually really enjoyed profession back in tespia.

Actually, I'm into trying to get an S rank on Dojo. It's quite more enjoyable than I thought.

I heard pvp gives willpower. I don't remember it doing so back when I was in tespia but I did get locked out after two days. Anyone confirm?

I'm not sure if this has already been asked, but at minimum, how many days does it take to max everything?

Also, at what level do you get to see potentials without revealing them?

If you got 500 of everything, every day - 187 days.

19 days for Charm since you can do 5k into it.

If you're careful with which things you do, you can add about 250 to the 500 cap, cutting it to ~125 days on some of the personality types.

To max everything? It'd take 188 max one personality trait, 19 for Charm, assuming you'd just hit the daily cap and not go over. You can only level 5 traits simultaneously, max, since two personality traits depend on your gathering profession, Empathy and Insight, I mean, those aren't the only ways to get them, but they are the easiest, and it's unlikely you'd max the other until you switch gathering professions. To max all of them, it'd take 376 days, I guess.

completely sure about 70 for 70-? just wondering. since there's still 120 and 200 glasses

One thing you should note. Do not be in the CS or MTS when your Willpower is supposed to tick over for the hour, you will miss out on the Willpower for that hour.

Level 25 ambition. Kinda disappointed with only losing .2% less exp on death for this tick.

Diligence: Increase it by crafting. Effect: Increases scroll success rates and doubles profession mastery gain.

Where did you think it'd help with mastery books? *unsure*
