Can you pretty much make mules for whatever Professions you don't have on your main? Is there a benefit for having one profession over another on your main? Which event reward is worth getting?

Yes, as long as mule is level 30+. Keep in mind that blacksmith and jeweler require lots of pvp for the better recipes though.

Are all types of veins and plants available in low-level maps?
I see them in maps infested with hard-hitting monsters and wonder how a level 30 mule would harvest that stuff.

Also, can you mine/harvest while in dark sight?

Anyway, because Empathy raises MaxMP, and the only way to significantly raise Empathy is Herbalism, I am going to make my main an Alchemist.

I don't know, as I don't spend time in lower level maps.

However, for the lower level ores, you can mine them in the special map you can enter once a day in the profession town. With a decent connection, you can get 50+ ores in the 10 mins you are allowed in there.

Any map with level 30+ monsters. They seem to be randomly placed, but they are usually grouped by level.
