Original League of Legends (LoL) Thread
In regards to nidalee, I occasionally play her glass cannon and just stay in the far back during team fights. Spear chuck as available. Heal anyone looking like they're low. My heals will normally heal a tank for 50%+ of their HP. It'll almost fully heal a carry. Even when I don't play glass cannon, I use things like abyss scepter. My heals still heal for craploads.
@ Purple: From the few normal games I play here and there the past few days, I haven't seen much of Yorick.

:o Teamfight rape, check the end of this file near 30 minutes, Orianna pulled a great ultimate, grouped 4 of them so we raped them AoE style, morgana's pool drained a lot and I even turned phoenix stance on to do a little more AoE damage.

I think he meant the Yoricks feeding, cause he sucks. But I've seen Yoricks carry twice, mainly because of mistakes early game that get then fed and then they're pretty ok, checking equips I tend to see Triforce, some armor and heavy AD like Blood thirsters.

We mean yorick is terrible.

I didn't know what to pick last game, and I noticed we had very little CC, so I picked someone with reliable CC, Alistar. Just... Kicked ass all around, saving team mates all over the place, Soraka was there too so we kept our team safe and sound all the time. Most enjoyable thing was when their Amumu ulted us, I waited until their team jumped in, ulted and stunned everyone until my team was back in action.

I think he's a little OP actually, his ult lets him build anything and he'll still be tanky and his skills do great cc with decent damage, I did buy armor and MR, but one of each was enough (Got banshee's and Frozen Heart), rest was filled with mobility boots, Shurelya's, and a sheen.
I just noticed there has been some talk about kayle ITT, and i just wanted to chime in since i played nearly 90% of my games as her while leveling to 30.

Try duo lane Sona/Kayle. It is amazing. I run atk speed reds, armor yellows(anything can work here really, but if you are going bottom in a lvl 30 game, you are quite likely to be laning vs an ad carry) ap per level blues and flat ap quints. Get Dorans ring and along with sona's q you are sitting at something ridiculous like 65 ap. I open 3 rings, zerkers and then deathcap(i forget who it was that does this, but i stole the build from some high elo player). That puts you at close to 350 ap i believe. After that get either sheen or hextech revolver. Then either finish the gunblade or get a void staff. I like to get lich bane as my 5th item and then finish with a rage blade.

Ive laned with my roommate on sona a few times and he picks up starks and the spell vamp book, so that gives me insane lifesteal/spell vamp making me almost unkillable with no defensive items. Last game I finished everything but the rage blade and had 600 ap and 375 ad, then add on the auras from sona, baron and pots and that puts you close to 800 ap. Crazy good late game carry and strong enough early/mid to get you to late game.

im not sure if you are looking for help or just letting off some steam, but are you soloing or going bottom with a support?
Eh. Solo top, mid, bot with anyone, I do it all. I'm mostly letting out some steam.

Just had a game where I was doing HORRIBLE as Udyr, I was dying very easily mid game, I had Merc threads, Wriggles a chain vest and a negatron cloak. I did a little analysis and focused on who was countering me, and saw that Mal's ult was raping me, and I hadn't encountered Ez or GP yet but they had the most kills, so I built a QSS that saved me from that ult like 5 times, and it helped me escape easily from slows more times, that MR+the shoes and the runes and masteries were enough to keep me safe from Mal, since as long as I didn't stand in his pool magic damage wasn't an issue (only magic damage was him and secondary skills from kog/ez). Then I built a Thornmaiil to get high armor to counter ez/GP/yi but GP was still too fed, so I got a Randuin (So useful!).

Later I noticed I had low HP and the gold was there so I went for it, I got a Warmogs, and boy it helped, I know people hate it, maybe cause people get it as first item so they get raped anyway, but with the armor I had, with 4 enemies doing physical damage and with QSS ready to get me safe from Mal, I could just run around doing what I pleased, tanked towers to take them down on my own or with assistance from my team, I was a boss that couldn't be killed, if I they tried to kill me I'd just pop randuin and run, then use turtle to heal at buffs or dragon, or even baron while amumu tanked it.

Great gameee carry Amumu for the winnnn Big Grin I was 5/0/x when the second most kills on my team was 1 xD later Cait caught up to my kills and passed me by one but I was nice, granted the enemy sucked, but it felt good knowing that I can Amumu even after not doing it for so dam long (maybe over 100 games I hadn't used him, at least 50-60 wins).

The game was interesting because we were losing early game, Tryn had fed a bit and they all had a death or 2, but I started ganking bottom where enemy looked more of a threat and killed them several times. Also just noticed I didn't die before I started killing, my killing spree was 11.

PvP.net Changes
--If the servers break, you should no longer get spammed by error messages.
--You can now fully dodge custom games without needing to log back in. I think we know what message Riot is sending here, and I don't mind.
--Multiple rune purchases are now possible.
--As level 30 summoners, you are less likely to encounter other summoners that aren't level 30, barring premade teams of course.

Champion Changes
--Akali will now attempt to auto-attack a target when she uses Shadow Dance. I wonder if this may ruin the day of experienced Akali players that actually want to use Mark of the Assassin first before auto-attacking >_>
--Alistar's AP ratios got hit all across the board. Of especial note is his heal, which got knocked down from .4 to .2.
--Ashe's ECA now has higher cooldowns. I guess now she's less able to chuck what seems like free arrows whenever she visits the fountain. ECA also no longer slows for a year (tied with Whither, it was the longest slow available, and AoE at that).
--Brand and Fiddlesticks can no longer instantly kill champs with their bouncy spells. Katarina may still instantly kill champs (jk, I dunno).
--Ezreal got an animation tune-up. In addition, Trueshot Barrage CD is now significantly lower, and his Essence Flux costs less MP.
--Gangplank's slow stacks now max at 4 instead of 5. This is pretty laughable for most GPs, but TankPlank is now sad.
--Irelia's Bladesurge mana cost got significantly reduced. In return, Transcendent Blades damage got significantly hit at higher levels. While it somewhat resolves her early game issues in certain lane situations, she's less of a "what do" issue late game.
--Jarvan IV's damage from Demacian Standard and Dragon Strike got reduced. Meh.
--Kog'Maw's animations got an overhaul. Bioarcane Barrage has increased CD, but significantly increased buff duration, resulting in near constant BAB mode with max CDR! Also, his Live Artillary now drops slightly faster. He's an even meaner harassment machine now, but he still suffers from splatting like a house fly. I guess time will tell if he's more viable now.
--Rumble's Flamespitter does less damage early game, more damage late game. His AP ratio also got hit slightly. Fair change.
--Ryze's Overload got a damage increase of 10 at all levels. Prepare for more ouchy magic missiles.
--Swain is now better versed against champions, due to Ravenous Flock healing 25% more (calculated after mitigation) vs. champions. His lane situation got hit though, as now he only gets 25% less from minions (originally 50% for everything).
--Warwick's tools of sustaining in laning got hit. If you didn't have the sense to have a ranged AD champ lane against him before, I guess you don't need to care as much now. I still recommend it though.
--Yorick got blanket buffs everywhere. Everywhere! Omen of Death spawns now do not suffer from HP degradation (but does it still last 10 seconds?), and ghouls eat less damage from AoEs as well as ignore slows.

Item Changes
Rabadon's Deathcap has 15 less AP. Total AP by itself is now 182 instead of 201.5.

General Gameplay Changes
--Interacting with ally wards with various skills is now made possible, but now reveals them for 2 seconds or as long as the interaction takes, whichever is longer.
--Gardener Garen has come by, and was displeased with the ability of some flora to hide champions. Now bushes hide more consistently.
--Minimap now shows skill ranges for skills with obscenely long ranges. Hooray! Also, inb4 globals get nerfed next patch.

I love this change, I can't recall the dozen++ times in where I stepped "out" of a brush zone when still in the brush itself.

Jarvman still deemed too powerful, which was expected, and it seems like they're taking the toll on WW now. Lanewick too good!
I approve of these changes for the most part. Rumble's early game Flamethrower weakened is really nice. It was just way too strong of a harass early game...

Also, why has Riot not made a Gardener Garen skin yet?
