Pretty sure that tattoo is the unbeatable evidence. Grieving people, people who just lost something important to them don't get a tattoo that says THE GOOD LIFE.

Yes, because everyone in the world is exactly the same and all do the same things when they have lost something important to them. It is in no way possible that she had a mental break and instead of going overly sad she went overly happy.

Thank the dear Lord God we live in a world where we can judge people so easily and flawlessly with our own personal opinions on how things should happen and be.

Let me explain why you're stupid in great detail.

1) I know you're probably not old enough to own anymore than a gold fish but I felt some empathy when a not so close friend died today (girl had major potential and I kind of grew up with her I guess, she was in my moms girl scout troop), of something as dumb as a drunk driver. Now imagine your mom dies, sure you don't go into some suicidal rampage of emo-ness, some people will, but not all. But I can gurrantee no one is going to get a tattoo saying "THE GOOD LIFE". Nothing changed about her, even with her child missing. This is a person who gave birth to something after 9 months, seeing her OWN FLESH AND BLOOD, and she doesn't even report that it's missing? F`uck to be honest if I lost my dog yesterday id be bawwwwwlllllinggg.

2) It's pretty much assumed she looked up chlorophyll on the computer, her mother lied stating she did, but was proven false that she wasnt even in the house on that specific time frame. To top this off even more, this women would take her daughter and apartment hop, then just start clubbing at 3 am, all saying the non-existant babysitter had this pomegranate covered. You want my opinion? She drugged the daughter during her late days, put her in the trunk of the car, backseat being way to obvious, checking on her, until she either died of baking in the dam thing or overdose.

3) Next we have a defense stating that she drowned. Okay so how did you go from pool to woods? With decompose garbage in the back. HM I DONT KNOW ZOMBIES CAN WALK RIGHT?

4) How many friends did you see stand up for her? FUCKING NONE BECAUSE SHES KNOWN AS A COMPULSIVE LIAR. NOT TO EVEN mention the fact this daughter was last seen with her, where she tried to convince everyone she was kidnapped by some goddam nanny.

pineapple even the jury now is regretting their decision, even though the prosecution couldnt provide details to show that she died by x weapon, she gets away scott free, who else could have done it? Really? It's common sense, but when it comes to legal pomegranate, it isn't common sense, it's f`ucking the system f`ucking itself. That girl should have been charged at the very least for child neglect or just failure of being a mother. I hope she enjoys that stigma for the rest of her life, a long with your clear naive perspective.

When is she going to learn that shouting loudly and derisively at people who don't agree with her won't get her anywhere. She ought to just shut that crow-hole of hers up and get off my television, surely she's been embarrassed enough by her failed Jackson and Anthony predictions.

On topic, Casey Anthony almost-assuredly committed or co-committed the crime. The verdict was expected for me though, it was, by-the-books, the correct verdict. There was borderline-junk science, dubious claims, and blatant misrepresentation of information, only to name a few problems that the prosecution allowed to diminish their position. The case was nowhere near as strong as it should have been if they were seeking capital punishment; the District Attorney's office probably got roped in with the rest of the mob and thought they could ride on emotion alone. I wonder when the next election is?

More lolz to come:
lolPeople saying that the jury was flawed because they had no access to social media and thus were uniformed, sequestering exists for a reason and the jury pool wasn't drawn from your neighborhood for that very reason.
lolPeople mad at Baez and his team for celebrating a successful defense of their client.

lolAlternateJuror for coming out and revealing his reasoning, who were you again, what decision did you make; thanks, I think we got it, everyone already knows this and what you have to say isn't helping, 15 seconds over.
lolHispanics disowning Baez, who cares about you, I'm pretty sure he wasn't speaking Spanish directly to you, and it probably was as respectful as his earlier English comments.
lolTalkingHeads get off my television, I tire of you.
lolPilgrim making the journey to Orlando from New York or somewheres about there, calm down.
lol&disappointAmerica angry and vocal, many children are murdered and children are missing as you obsess over this measly trial, it's done, don't wait for the media to tell you where to flock next, be proactive.

Did anyone consider she could have been drunk when she got that tattoo? Justttt curious...I mean it doesn't really hit me either way. Maybe I'm an insensitive prick but people dying doesn't sadden me much for long. And yes, I've had people close to me die. Though, not my kid and I most certainly did not kill any of them.

..Wouldn't that just prove it even more considering alcohol typically makes your insecurities or "true emotions" pop out? I've lost my grandpa but I didn't cry, I was always proud of him and stuff. But if one of my parents died I'd be absolutely broken, I wouldn't be able to handle that.

People act very different under the influence. It goes to both ends of the spectrum, really. It could have been a method of coping (while under the influence). Easily, actually. Get a mark to convince yourself that you're sane? Who knows.

I think it's funny now that random news channels like Fox are now speculating EVERYTHING (absent father, family, serial killer) because she "clearly" didn't do it!

Even if she doesn't go to jail, her life is still destroyed. She's going to end up in a low-end job (no one would hire her), she'll probably never get married, probably have no friends, and best of all, she'll be rejected from society. Jail might be a better place for her than the real world.

I just love how humans make such worthless and flawed opinions about people based on their own worthless opinion. For one, it is likely that I am twice your age, but that doesn't mean I am more mature than you, just like if I was younger than you it wouldn't mean that you were more mature than me. So your comment was nothing more than a very stupid flawed opinion based on your own opinions.

And what you said about Casey is nothing more than a personal opinion because of the way you feel, it does not make it true or right. Hell, the defense had a grief expert up there that had never met Casey before and basically said it is possible for people to grieve in the way she grieved. But, you don't even need a grief expert to know that if you even know the smallest littlest thing about humans.

I'll give you forewarning kid, I'm a notorious debater, I love f`uckin with people like you, because it's just noob bashing. But to correct your dumb ass statement, what I presented, mainly, were fact's, disregarding one tidbit of what I think logically what happened.

If you're in your mid 40's then all I can do is facepalm as the public education system failed you. I'm sorry but my "opinion" has a logical base, whie you have presented 0 in this post and was just pure derogatory statements trying to save face, you know the attention you've been begging for by posting your, what you believe is, much needed statements. Like that moderator thread that was dead for weeks, but goddam, couldn't leave that alone! Okay the term you're looking for is a "sociology". And I have no qualms over Casey, I just have something called Common sense. Putting a tattoo "The good life" can be taken in nother other way than positive. How do you act positively with a missing child, one you put no effort into finding for over a month. That isn't opinion that is fact, that is deduction based on justified reasoning. A mother who loses her child, to the unknown wants to find out the unknown, thats just human instinct. How did she die? No one know's, all they had was dry bones that were identified to be her. What we do know?

1) She never told the truth
2) She was the last person seen with her
3) No change in her personality, quoted from friends who hung out with her nightly.
4) NO, I mean 0, initiative was taken.

Amaterasu Wrote:Her doing the searches just because her mother didn't do them isn't even close to being proven or correct. And don't use any excuse like logical thinking like those morons on TV are doing because logical thinking is loosely defined.

Her mother claimed she did, it was proven that she was at work during the time these searches occured, isn't opinion, was proven by the prosecution. In fact her mother maybe up for a civil case because of it, assuming florida has anymore money to offer. Considering this is a big debate at the current time in many news stations, it's obvious you
re wrong
.

I'm sorry but what? LOL. Yeah the body was dumped, because it died, in the responsibility and custody of the defendent. OTHERWISE I would think, applying common sense, that there'd be a story like, oh I don't know "Well..someone stole my baby and killed her!! :'(", not "Surprise surprise they think she drowned", which she used as her main defense later. And yes she said that in a clearly sarcastic tone. Want the video?

Amaterasu Wrote:Oh, My, Lord, God. She is a compulsive liar and that means she is a horrible worthless murdering. Good job jumping the gun on that one!

She's a compuslive liar meaning her excuses are obviously with little validality, where the baby was last seen with her (fact), and that she didn't show any signs of initiative for a month (fact).

Amaterasu Wrote:You wanna know why they are regretting it? Because of people like you and the media saying they are horrible worthless stupid people for finding her innocent because of their own silly opinions. Get real son.

They are regretting it because the proof they didn't get to see, and the reasoning behind people like me, who can put pieces together, clearly marks Casey as responsible, maybe not by the books, murder, but child neglect/abuse.

Amaterasu Wrote:Because people and the media are so stupid. She deserves whatever book/movie/interview deals she can get after what bullsh'it she has been put through by the ignorant masses of sheepeople.

You're an idiot, straight up. She'll need everything because her life has a stigma that will never make her stink go away. Much like OJ simpson. No, the child was gone for 30 days, and her only excuse was a non-existant nanny, which would lead to the assumption the child died in her care, which jurrors are apparently regretting not making a point of.

I was going to rebut Amaterasu but he's a moron for several reasons including the fact that he thinks a not guilty verdict is somehow equal to a belief of innocence which simply isn't true. Not even just that, but the state specifically stated she knew that her daughter was dead. Whether or not she was directly involved, she still covered it up and put the body of her daughter in the swamp--the defense conceded that. Guilty of murder in the first degree? Maybe not (I believe she is) but she is absolutely guilty of her daughters death and what happened afterward. No one can say otherwise because it was admitted by the defense which means it was admitted by her.

Beyond that, the Jury has spoken and stated that even they know she is guilty, but it wasn't explained how she did it and to them that is reasonable doubt (which I don't understand. They didn't need to explain how she did it, just had to feel like she did it which is exactly how they felt.)

This is ridiculous. A jury is sequestered for a reason.
Quote:lolPeople mad at Baez and his team for celebrating a successful defense of their client.
Justified anger. It's not that they were celebrating--they absolutely had that right. It's that they were celebrating publicly which is incredibly inappropriate. Not only was justice not served but this is still the death of a child and many people are still hurt by this. There was no gracefulness.
Quote:lolPeople shouting "The Justice system doesn't work," read up on it and don't rely on Nancy Grace to tell you who is "guilty".
Idiotic statement. Believing the justice system doesn't work doesn't mean that you subscribe to a Nancy Grace mentality. It means that justice hasn't been served and everyone except Amaterasu and perhaps you knows it. That's a flawed justice system. I've always felt the American system is pomegranate though.

Yeah, it was really distasteful for him to speak. He didn't make the decision and had no part in it so he had no right to speak for the jurors.

Baez is crap and everyone should disown him just for being crap. The guy is a worm who capitalized on the death of Caylee and tried to make a name for himself. Defense lawyers as a whole are a pretty scummy breed.

??? You're right, there should be more thought for all of the unavenged children out there but the media does a good thing by informing us over them being missing in the first place. Since I've been watching HLN, several children have been solely due to their efforts in reporting. The media isn't evil. Nancy Grace is, though.
