I need scrolling/making advice

Recently, JMS started an event with premium mini dungeons where the monsters in those dungeons drops really good items at a good rate. With this, they released 100% Success Rate 60% scrolls and I bought 7 of those Knuckle 100% scrolls just now.

With Renaissance coming soon, should I wait a few months for PvP to be released to make a level 130 Knuckle or should I go ahead and try making a Reverse Equinox while I can?

How easy would it be to obtain the materials required to make the level 130 weapons?

The 89 base attack and the extra slot on the level 130 PVP knuckle is looking good, but since they don't level up and Reverse Knuckles tend to get +2 weapon attack upon every level up...

You need to engage in heavy PvP to get enough points to buy the recipe for the lvl 130 weapons, and by making it, it would come out average. Timeless or Reverse Equinox could come out quite nicely from maker so I think I'd rather get one of those. Oh, and do not forget Lionheart knuckles, they can even be traded again after a PSoK and have an extra slot.

Yeah, I don't think I'll be able to obtain a Lionheart Knuckle. I don't have the means to obtain the coins and Karma Scissors in JMS are about $18 each (considering NX to Yen to USD conversion), so I can't buy one off someone. :X
