Trying to be sure of the difference between the ones that do, and ones that don't. King Slime didn't do anything for me, I've heard BF/HH don't give any either but that Pap does.

Is it instanced, non-PQ bosses only? If so, where would be a good place to farm it, other than a daily pap&zak?
