Yesterday the main raiding group of my guild downed 3 bosses in Firelands.

I finally opened the new dailies in firelands. now to get the 300 mark of world tree to open the npcs

13 tries fail on Beth last night. I think my guild will promote me to officer. Fely asked me if I was interested.

Alliance just tried to kill garrosh, i think they made it to 90% HP and the raid got wiped lol.

At least I got my achieve City Defender

lol, at like 10pm server time, we tried to do a world PVP, we made 2 full raid groups and went to stormwind city, we were raping alliance there, but after like 3min, I think the server or client started to crash lol, people in ventrillo: ugh my skills arent working, omg im swimming in the air, etc.

i used my hearthstone in the middle of stormwind, and it took 10min to tele me back to org lol. alliance people there were all frozen, and because of the lag we couldnt get to the alliance leader ;[

I dont know why, but after watching that video, i can see the nerf hammer hitting paladin again next week :|

Well thats because Blizzard buff heal critical, and forgot about selfless healer healing for +50% on friendly player.

Keep in mind that in that video he have wings on, so its +20% , plus druid cat form, +20%, selfless healer, +50%, and it crit, so 200% healing.

we will see what happen in the couple of weeks, blizzard will probably nerf the selfless healing to like 10-20%, or maybe nerf WoG again and fk with prot PVE paladin.

Okay, looking at everything this time, I can see that the number one thing that killed you was Burning Acid. This is cast on a random target by the Drones and Spinners. I can think of three reasons that this might have happened, so click a spoiler to see advice for each reason.

 #1 ~ The Drones are consuming Spiderlings

What's Happening: The Drones are consuming spiderlings, thus restoring their health and making them attack faster. Restored health means you have to waste more time attacking them and not something else, and attacking faster means even more damage to the raid and to the tank. Healers won't be able to keep up with this and/or will exhaust their mana, so this is very bad.

What to do: You'll need to slow the spiderlings (I assume the DK is already doing that with Chillblains), get enough DPS on them that the Drones don't have a feast, and the tank has to hold the Drones on the opposite side of where the spiderlings spawn (near the entrance, but not out of range of the group). Also, if your Hunter goes Survival he'll have no problem destroying the adds with Serpent Spread.

 #2 ~ People are spread out too much

What's Happening: People are just too far away from one another and the healers are ranging people. I don't think this is what's happening, but I thought I'd include it.

What to do: During Phase 1 everyone should be near the center with the exception of the add tank and the DK. You can even stack if you want.

 #3 ~ The DPS is too low

What's Happening: The Drones aren't the only ones using Burning Acid, the Spinners use it too. If your DPS aren't effectively killing all the adds that spawn in a reasonable amount of time, then the fire damage that happens will not be healable. The DPS need to be capable of killing the Drones and the Spinners quickly.

What to do: Not sure what to say here other than do better and more efficient damage. A good start would be getting rid of that rogue -- he's doing terribly (I know the fight hates Melee, but it's true all the same). That Hunter should really go Survival too. Keep in mind that this fight can be 2-healed if your DPS is really lacking.

Next, some other deaths were caused by Boiling Splatter, which Drones cast in an AoE cone in front of them. It's as simple as telling the add tank not to face the Drones toward the raid, though he's also pretty busy picking up things. Make sure the DPS/Heals know not to be in front of a Drone ever.

There were also a few other random deaths. Sometimes the topside tank would fall. I've not done it, but I heard Druids are good up there, so try sending him up if you're not. Lastly the DK sometimes got destroyed by spiderlings. If he can't kill them in a way that doesn't get him hit a lot, I'd suggest letting the Hunter (as Survival) solo the adds or at least establish aggro before the DK starts on them. Or you can just tell the healers to throw some heavy heals on him while he's in the adds.

Oh, and your Pally Healer seems to be not using Judgement much. It's a very important mana return skill for Holy Pallies, so he should be using it a good deal more than he is (6 times for each of the 4+ minute fights is waaaay too few). Have him make a Power Aura or something. Kudos to the Resto Druid for being the only healer to do consistently well.

lol, so it still didn't work out? Two people in my guild pugged two separate Beth'tilac and Shannox kills today. I'm sure a decently organized guild can.
