Transactions involving NX and billions of mesos

I've wondered this for a while now. When people sell stuff for billions, how do they actually pull off the trade? Or when people sell, say, godly potential items for NX?

I'm asking because I recently got offered a combination of NX and mesos for one of my equips. What do?

Alternate currencies. Apples, scrolls, etc... that can easily be liquidated into mesos and/or NX.

What I usually do if I need pure mesos is setup a fixed price for a certain collateral scroll (i.e 150m for 50% pinks) and just sell that to the buyer of my item. Then they can just trade the scrolls back for the item in question.

So a 5bil item, requires me to sell them ~33 scrolls at 150m, then trade it all back. Of course the downside is that youhave to have enough of those in your possession in the first place.

NX I would do likewise, but the collateral would be easily MTSable items such as chairs or 10 att WGs.

Again, it requires you to have already these easy to sell wanted items at your disposable though. For a first time trade I would take the equivalent in these easy to sell items.

Whites and/or Pinks are the most common form of currency now. A lot of my money is invested into Whites at the moment since it's easier to store a few stacks of Whites than it is a few piles of max meso.

Er no? If the guy backs out and he has your scrolls, you have his mesos which is the amount the scrolls are worth...

But if you back out,

it can be used to sell the scrolls for more, ex: if you were trading for white scrolls, what price would you put? in scania they are going anywhere from 99M to 140M, any of them can back out to take profit in one way or the other. and in the end not complete the sale.

It comes down to equivilencies. I was offered 15b for an item (insane amount) and was offered tons of 50% GFA but I declined. haha xD

I use 10ATK WG's as the currency... they're currently at 300M in Bera, and worth 7-8K NX (after MTS tax)... 9 at a time = 2.7B or 63-72K NX + Mesos. Alternatively, white scrolls, pink scrolls, and apples are also a valid exchange currency for mesos. I prefer WG's because they sell easier.
