Limit users(Randumb_Overlord) to one thread per day, to prevent spam and otherwise unenjoyable threads.

Funny thing is I only come on sp once in a blue moon anyway. This does not affect me much, so I suppose this would really let you guys think about common spammers that bait flamewars.

You know, he used to do this pomegranate in the nexon forums all the time to just about everyone, and he'd get banned for doing so. The only reason why he stopped doing it is because he was risking a perma ban all together.

Actually, I left because posting the same pomegranate after a while gets pretty boring.
